Welcome to Virtual Mall Global, the convenient way to receive all your parcels. Virtual Mall Global offers a suitable means to obtain your orders and packages from your online shopping. This is made possible by delivery to our Miami Warehouse which is proceeded by shipment to Jamaica. Virtual Mall Global provides an online platform which enables tracking of packages and calculating shipment and other related fees.

YOUR ACCOUNT WITH VIRTUAL MALL GLOBAL
In order to use Virtual Mall Global services, you must register and set up an account. Your account information and particulars must be kept confidential, you are required to ensure the protection of your password and monitor the access to your computer or other devices linked to our account in order to prevent unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities and transactions on your account. Children are not permitted to establish or operate accounts on this website. All shipment must arrive in the name of a person of the age of maturity.
HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE
Electronic communication is the most convenient method of communication, through our website or by the exchange of e-mails and you agree that this method satisfies any legal requirements for written notification and validity of any agreements between us. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically. By this communication method we send you all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communication.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Virtual Mall Global is required to conform to all pertinent laws in relation to the cross border movement of packages. The compliance with laws and regulations require that in order to use your account with Virtual Mall Global, you agree to provide accurate and legal information with respect to your name, residential and/or business address, telephone numbers, email, and any other additional information that may be required including valid invoice or receipts for items contained in your packages, which may be provided to other service agents or authorities.
You acknowledge and confirm that:
- Virtual Mall Global may at its sole discretion search and inspect any and all shipments and packages.
- The United States Custom Border Patrol may at any time inspect shipment and seize items banned for export from the United States.
- The services offered by Virtual Mall Global will not be used to ship restricted, illegal or banned items.
- You will accurately declare product value using the purchase invoice amount and provide an accurate description of your shipment’s contents for the proper levying of Duties & Taxes.
COLLECTION OF PACKAGES and FEES
To collect your package, our Customer Service Representative may require additional information or documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method.
Note: CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
You are solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, fees and/or fines levied by customs authorities due to incorrect declaration of value, or penalties by said authorities for any falsification of information or importing prohibited items.
All fees are calculated in U.S. Dollars and may be displayed in local currency. For local currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined solely by Virtual Mall Global on the date and time that you tender payment of fees and charges for your package.
All fees and charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
IDENTIFICATION AND TRACKING OF PACKAGES
Each package will receive a reference tracking number. Virtual Mall Global does not combine packages into bulk shipment. If Virtual Mall Global believes that your package has been tampered or damaged prior to arrival at our warehouse we may refuse to accept the package for delivery to you.
In the event, that you do not pay all outstanding account balance, for any reason whatsoever within thirty days of the last notification to you; Virtual Mall Global reserves the right to destroy and dispose of your package at its sole discretion if unclaimed and/or held for more than thirty (30) days from arrival.
If the shipment exceeds the duty free amount for customs charges, you are required to make full payment before Virtual Mall Global clears your package from Customs. Virtual Mall Global will not be responsible for any additional charges levied a result of delays in the payment of such duties, fees and charges.
If you decide to terminate your account at any time you will remain responsible for all pending charges, inclusive of abandoned packages, which must be paid prior to the termination date of the account.
Virtual Mall Global reserves the right to refuse service, terminate account and refuse acceptance of packages, at its sole discretion.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
You explicitly accept that the use of Virtual Mall Global Services is your personal risk. Virtual Mall Global makes no representation or warranty in respect of the movement of packages, in particular in dealing with third parties and authorities and natural causes that may result in delays or the return of packages. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Virtual Mall Global rejects all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, Virtual Mall Global does not warrant that the Virtual Mall Global Services information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services including on or otherwise made available to you through the Virtual Mall Global servers or electronic communications sent from Virtual Mall Global are free of viruses or other harmful components. Virtual Mall Global will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any e-commerce service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through Virtual Mall Global, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages whatsoever.
