How do I receive VirtualMall address?
After signing up a box number will be determined and a Shipping Address generated randomly.
How much does it cost to ship a package to my country?
Our website consists of a Shipping Calculator which generates a free quote when you enter the weight of the package, the length, the width, the height and purchasing details.
What services do you offer and what are the fees?
Our services include express shipping via frequent flights from Miami, email notifications with updates, complete tracking once packaged is received, protected transactions regarding credit card information, passwords, as well as, mail forwarding. How will VirtualMall Global know the package is mine?
Once registration is completed, a mailbox number is generated. You will be required to use this number along with your name and our address as the shipping address. The packaged will then be delivered to us bearing your name and mailbox number. A notification will be sent to you, and at this point you will be able to see your package on your account.
Should I notify VirtualMall Global of any incoming packages?
A notification is not necessary as we will inform you via email when your package is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major debit and credit cards for payments.
How do I become a Platinum Member?
To become a Platinum Member a total of 20 orders must be shipped in 45 days.
Disclaimer: If an invoice contains multiple items this is considered ONE order. To be considered we must receive 20 Invoices. Expires after 90 days. If 20 packages are shipped during 90 day period of platinum membership, membership will renew for another 3 months.
How do I request delivery?

When do I pay for delivery?
Delivery fees within Kingston may be paid upon delivery with either cash or card. Deliveries outside of Kingston must be paid prior to delivery.
